April 2012 is a month our club will remember. Sadly, we lost long standing member Mickey Hayashi, who had 47 years of perfect attendance.
April 13: We had the opportunity to hear the candidates for the Adventures in Film and Tourism program.
April 20: The club heard of the work of the Aga Khan Foundation. Rotary has joined with the Aga Khan Development Network to work on projects jointly.
April 22: Members of the club participated at the Wildlife Rescue, Earth Fest Event. It was an opportunity to show case our club, meet members of the community and manage the raffle draw for Wildlife Rescue.
April 27: The club celebrated the life of Rotarian Mickey Hayashi. We had the honor of having Mickey's son Dennis Hayashi join us.
