Hi All, I got this message from Ashton Kerr on an event we are sponsoring. Despite the invasive plant focus there is some lighter work available at these events. Contact me (Ryan) for more details.
Hi Rotary Club of Burnaby, I hope you had a great summer!
I wanted to let you know that the Lower Mainland Green Team has scheduled its final activity that will be funded with grant money generously provided by the Rotary Club of Burnaby. This activity will take place THIS SATURDAY September 24th at Central Park in Burnaby from 9:45am-1pm celebrating World Rivers Day!
We would love to invite Rotary Club members to join us to see your support in action! More information and registration for this activity can be found here: https://www.meetup.com/
I apologize for the late notice, this activity was finalized not long ago and we have had an action-packed month! September is a wonderful month for stewardship activities and bringing together communities while the sun is still out and temperatures are cooling down.
If you or any members have any questions, please reach out. Thank you again for your financial support to make this activity possible!
Best,
