To ensure that the board receives the feedback from its members, the club holds Club Assemblies at its weekly sessions.  These sessions are an opportunity to formally present to the membership any updates as to club finances, activities, club operations, etc.  

It also provides an opportunity for the membership to give feedback back to its board.
